• A distinctive style across the whole site will help users to recognise the site when they come to a resource via HealthInsite.
• Avoid frames. Although HealthInsite has a method to link to individual frame URLs, there is a loss of site context and links. The result is not entirely satisfactory for site owners or users. (Frames are a problem for users reaching individual resources via any Internet search engine, not just HealthInsite.)
